Under eye fat repositioning at Wooa Plastic Surgery & Dermatology redistributes bulging under-eye fat into the hollow tear trough below it, instead of simply removing it. This smooths the under-eye area, reduces the shadow that creates a dark-circle appearance and gives a brighter, more youthful look. It is usually performed through the inside of the lower eyelid, so there is no visible external scar.
